It's a chat window on your dashboard. You can ask it anything. "What's my revenue today?", "Which products are running low?", "How much did I spend this month?" It fetches real answers from your live data and can also take actions like adjusting stock.

What happens if I have no internet?

The POS system works fully offline. Sales are saved to your device and automatically sync to the cloud when your internet comes back.

Can I import my existing product list?

Yes. You can import from a CSV, Excel file, JSON, take a photo of a handwritten price list, or paste plain text. Our AI reads any format and imports your products automatically.

What is cash reconciliation?

At the end of each day, you enter how much cash, card, and transfer you actually have. The system compares it to what it expected from sales and tells you if you're over, short, or balanced.
